Special Events can choose their dates.
Exception is July 4th week – it runs Saturday to Saturday,.

Weekly rental February thru August – Saturday to Saturday
3 NM and monthly rentals available September – January
Rates subject to change without notice until confirmed by our e-mail
Security deposit required to book unit
We prefer Security Deposit to be held on a credit card for the most timely return
50 % + Security Deposit due on booking
50% Required 1st of Month prior to arrival.
Add 3% if paying by: Paypal or Visa-MC-Discover
All Rental Payments Due in USD – you are responsible for exchange rate difference.

Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation, security deposit will be forfeited. Refund of the advanced rental will be made only to the extent that a tenant can be found to occupy the vacated time reserved for you less $100 processing fee.
